Perpetual Next was founded in June 2019 by Dutch entrepreneurs with an international investment scope. The company provides access to predominantly institutional investors with long-term investment horizons in the field of sustainable energy and circular economy. PN has set itself the goal of resolving the issues as far as possible that are associated with the use of fossil fuels. It will therefore be investing heavily in various forms of sustainable, renewable energy, based on a circular approach. On the one hand through recycling and reusing organic residues, on the other by replacing fossil with non-fossil resources.
The position
To accelerate the growth of the business and to professionalize the organization, PN is currently seeking new financial leadership to help drive the company through this next phase. The CFO will be a strategic business partner for the CEO and will play a key role in the management team of PN and in further building of the organization. Importantly, the CFO will professionalize the financial infrastructure that will serve as the foundation for the company’s growth. He/she will be instrumental in all financial and business planning activities, including financial analysis and planning, accounting and controls, cash management, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, stakeholder relations, treasury, legal, tax, audit, risk management, M&A and funding activities.
